Alan Lee Barlow, age 60, of Cantonment passed away September 19,2022. Alan was born on November 18,1961. He graduated from Tate High School in 1980. Alan worked for First Mutual Bank of Pensacola and ECUA.
He was a member of the Gonzalez United Methodist Church and earned his Eagle Scout rank in Troop 628 in 1978. He took great pride in almost reaching his10 gallon badge as a blood donor. Alan loved Archery and camping. He was a permanent volunteer for numerous tournaments and trips with his sister's schools in Alabama.
Alan was a friend to everyone and a kind and loving person. He took great joy in the success of others. He was always the first to offer anything he had to anyone. He kept a notebook with a list of things people needed. Alan started sitting with the elderly and never thought of it as a job. He found his life's calling and was a true blessing to them and their families.
He will be missed tremendously. With love Bud,RTR
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jerrel and Elizabeth Barlow.
He is survived by his children, Mark Barlow and Meghan (Kyle) Statam; granddaughter, Leila Statam; brother, Brian (Vicki) Barlow; sisters, Faye (Bill) Hussong and Anne (Forrest) Fillingim.
