Obituary for Andrew Charles Wickham
Andrew “Andy” Charles Wickham, 41, left this world to be with his Heavenly Father on May 5, 2022. Andy was born January 23, 1981, in Milton FL, to Deborah and Thomas Wickham.
Andy was a loving and dedicated husband and father first and foremost. He was never happier than when he was spending time with his family. He loved to cook for them. When Keisha found a new dish in a restaurant, Andy was able to make it bigger and better for her at home. He was an avid motor cross racer and enjoyed sharing this sport with his dad and his son, Jacob. He loved every aspect of this sport: the riding, the mechanics, sharing it with his father, son, and friends. He couldn’t wait to get his daughter on a dirt bike. He also enjoyed hunting fishing, and gardening. He could fix anything! When something broke around the house or when Keisha broke something.
He had just received his dream job as Director of Coatings for Tampa Tank in September 2021. Before that he was employed for 20 years by Mansfield Industrial in Pensacola, FL.
Andy was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Melvin Wickham and James Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, the love of his life, Keisha; his son Jacob and daughter, Scarlet Grace; his parents, Deborah and Thomas Wickham; and his grandmothers, Gladys Wickham and Nell Thomas; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Andy travelled all over the world with his job and never met a stranger. He was so kindhearted and would do anything to help anyone.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. with service to follow at 2:00 p.m.
Isiah 41:10 “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
