Betty Lou Provost, 80, passed Peacefully while resident at Rosewood Manor, Pensacola FL. She loved her Family, Crochet, and Illustrative Drawing. Betty was a Christian woman, who was formerly a nurse and care giver. Betty will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by Leo J. Provost (Husband); Vernon L. & Norma e. (Westfhal) Zimmerman (Adopted Parents); George L. & Helen S. Hedlund (Birth Parents); Dick Hedlund (Brother); Jane Hedlund and Kay Hedlund (Sisters), and 2 Great children, Kendall & Toole Provost.
Betty is survived by her children Ronald (Cory) Zimmerman & Georgia Zimmerman of Nortwood, Ohio; Rickey L. Provost & Sherry Provost of Jacksonville, FL.; Jeffrey T. Provost & Peggy Talley of Pensacola, FL.; Greg C. Provost of Pensacola, FL; Siblings: Barbara Zimmerman of St. Peterburg, FL., Beverly (Hedlund) of Illinois; Pamela (Hedlund) of Illinois; 12 Grandchildren, and 22 Great Grandchildren. As well as many other relatives and friends.
Her service will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 at Trahan Family Funeral Home in Pensacola. Beginning with a visitation on 11:00 am, the service will start at 12:00 pm. Following the service, we will go in procession to Barrancas National Cemetery for Betty’s burial.
