Obituary for Bobbie Jean Sanders (Nelson)
Bobbie Jean Sanders, 69, of Jay went Home to be with our Lord on December 3, 2022. She was born July 1, 1953 in Washington County, FL.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, AD and Doshie Nelson; two brothers, L.D. “PeeWee”; and Allen Nelson.
Survivors include: her loving husband of 52 years, Lowell L. Sanders, Sr.; their two children, Lowell “Dusty” Sanders, Jr. (Gena) and Kim McKenna (Keith); one brother, T.D. “Buddy” Nelson; six sisters: Elnora Russo, Mae Jackson (Gene), Lavon Fontaine, Lorene Sanders (James), Nora Griffin (Ernie), and Patricia Brogdon (James); five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral service begins at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Trahan Family Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.
