Obituary for Brittany Seale

Brittany Jay Sheppard Seale
December 1, 1993 – March 30, 2023

Brittany Jay Sheppard, 29, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on March 30, 20230. From the day she was born, there was no one else like Brittany. Even at a young age, she was extremely smart, fiercely independent, and able to handle her own.

After she graduated high school, she joined the Navy. Her dream was to see the world and originally wanted to do Explosive Ordinance Disposal or Air Rescue. She ended up going to school for Air Crew and loved it. Unfortunately, on graduation day, her unit went for a run. On that run, Brittany injured her knee very badly and missed her graduation ceremony in order to go to the hospital. She was never able to fully recover from the knee injury and was medically retired from the Navy.

After the Navy, Brittany stayed in Pensacola where she was able to create a massive group of friends. Brittany loved working on cars and trucks, there wasn’t a vehicle she couldn’t fix. She loved riding motorcycles and riding her Harley. Most importantly she loved people, and people loved her.

She leaves behind two little boys, Cash (3 years old) and Jay (5 weeks old); her mother, Bobbie Sheppard; father, Jay Sheppard; brothers, Justin Emmons, and Nick Emmons; and many friends who loved her.

A memorial service will be held at Trahan Family Funeral Home in Pensacola, Saturday April 29, 2023. The family invites guests to join them at 11:00 am for the visitation, and the service will begin afterward at 11:30 am.
