Constance Elane Tobin “Meme”, 70, of Milton, Florida, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, March 26, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Doris Jean Miller; sisters, Carol and Diane; and brothers, Bruce and James.

Constance is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Keith Tobin; her children, Jennifer Colby (Raymond) and Jonathan Lawson (Cat); grandchildren, Kierstin Kennedy (Taylor), CJ Kennedy (Destiny), and Miranda Kennedy; great granddaughter, Addilyn; soon to be great grandson, Winston; sister, Nancy Taylor.
The family has chosen not to have a service.
