Obituary for Daniel Lee Doolan

Daniel L. Doolan – Milwaukee, WI 12/10/1943 – 4/9/2021 Pensacola, FL

Dan was an artist – he viewed life as an art piece, and it showed in just about everything he touched. Left-handed and an out of the box thinker gave him a head start with everything he created. His finest work was people starting with his sons Luke, Eric and Nathan. Much to his wife, Tamryn Doolan’s, deepest gratitude she was one of those people too. They were married almost 30 years.

Dan was always good at explaining things – in a way that often-made people laugh until they cried. He never failed to deliver a viewpoint that they had not thought of but seemed so obvious once he said it.

Dan had an extraordinary work history. He started as a high school Art teacher and worked professionally as an artist and entrepreneur. He invented and patented gelled acid by increasing the viscosity to a higher percentage than was previously thought possible. He owned a silver mine and he worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor for the State of Arizona. He co-owned a decorative concrete company with his wife Tamryn and their work is International.

To anyone that knew Dan Doolan – He will always be with them
