Dannie Lamar Stonecypher of Pensacola, Fl. passed away on January 27,2023. Dannie grew up in Century Florida with his mother Marcille Stonecypher, who he adored. Dannie moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1970 and much to his surprise began working with his future father-in law. Dannie and Nancy were married on January 30, 1971 in Century, Florida by his uncle Reverend Harald Lowery. Dannie and Nancy were married 52 wonderful years. He had a love for music and was a talented drummer who played with local bands around Pensacola where he met Chec Chapman and the Checmates and played drums for him for about 6 years. Dannie was also an accredited Nissan Technician in Pensacola for 20 years. Dannie loved his family, his animals, Nascar, Wrestling, hot rods and a cold beer.
Dannie is preceded in death by his father, James Stonecypher; mother, Marcille Stonecypher; father-in-law, Nick Perry; mother-in-law, Winnie Perry; nephew, Tony Perry; and nephew, Warren Hall, Jr.
Dannie is survived by his wife, Nancy Stonecypher; brother-in-law, Hank Hall; sister -n-law, Sherry; niece and nephew, Pamela and Thomas Bucci; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
The service will be held at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton, Florida, on Saturday, February 11, 2023 with visitation from 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. and service will start at 12:00 p.m.
