Obituary for Earnest Edward Gardner Jr.

Earnest Edward Gardner, Jr., 59, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on March 10, 2021 at West Florida Hospital. He was born on November 17, 1961 to parents Earnest Edward Gardner, Sr. and Joyce Faye Brock. He was the oldest of five siblings: Teresa Rardin, Steve Gardner, Rachael Gardener, and Keith Wayne Gardner.
He was a wonderful and loving father to Kayla Gardner and Preston McCrory, and their mother Marie McCrory.
Earnest was a grandpa to Sylar, Abagail, Gracie, Blakeleigh, and Peyton. His nieces Kristina, Corita, Maryanne, Ashley, Destanee, Shawna, Brittany, Kalea. His nephews, Brian, Keith, Chance, and Colten with his mother, Tracy.
Earnest had a large family and was so very loved by everyone. He was older and wiser than the rest of the bunch. He was the one keeping everyone in line and keeping everyone strong...he was always good at that.
Earnest did some amazing things in his lifetime. He worked in many different professions. He was talented in many ways. He liked to keep his options open.
He loved to fish, especially off the pier, and loved being outdoors. I remember when I was young, Uncle Eddie took me fishing and I begged to throw the fish back and he let me. He was always there when you needed him.
He was a child of God, a firm believer in Jesus Christ. He has finally made it home to our father who art in heaven, for God so loved the world, he gave his only son, whoever believes in him shall not parish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Fly high Earnest "Eddie" Gardner…You will be truly missed.
