Obituary for Elizabeth Lucille Bailey
Elizabeth L. Bailey, 86, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on August 16, 2022 at 4:33 a.m. She was born in Sewanee, Tennessee to her parents, Harvey and Verana McBee.
Elizabeth was raised in Sewanee until she married Alton Bailey. Elizabeth attended St. Mary’s in Tennessee. She had six siblings who have all passed away. Elizabeth was married to Alton Bailey for 65 years and had three children, Sandy Pollard, Jeff and Donnie Bailey.
She was preceded in death by all of her siblings and her daughter, Sandra Pollard (11-24-21).
Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Alton R. Bailey; sons, Jeff (Cindy) Bailey and Donnie (Linnette) Bailey; grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashley, Jessica, Chris and Ethan.
The family would like to acknowledge all the staff at Sodalis Assisted living, Regency Hospice and Covenant Hospice.
A Celebration of Life for Elizabeth will be held on August 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at 994 South Fairfield Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32506.
