Georgie, my step brother called me Sis. He truly had a heart of gold and cared deeply about his friends and family. Georgie was genuine and lovable and I felt Blessed to have known him. Georgie loved Jesus and I know he's resting in his arms. Much love from Andrea to Doreen , PopPop, Julia and all who loved him. RIP Georgie

I meant George in 2004. We became close friends ever since. When I was home from the road, I usually spent the day with him going on lockouts and helped him when I could. I have many memories of the times we had in church. Him and I had a little thing we would do for the congregation. George would play the harmonica and I would imitate a train whistle like boxcar Willy. Then we'd sing, THIS TRAIN IS BOUND FOR GLORY. George my brother, you've finally boarded that train. I've got my ticket and I'll see you soon.
