Obituary for Henry Louel McClain

Elder Henry Louel McClain, 79, of Pensacola, Florida passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Most knew him as “H.L”.

His love and dedication to the Lord were his first joy. He faithfully served by sharing and teaching the gospel as pastor to several communities throughout south Alabama and the FL panhandle.

He opened and operated a thriving T.V. repair business. McClain’s Tv Repair was built on his integrity and strong work ethic. One of his many accomplishments that he worked tirelessly at was that he became a published author of religious books.
He was a loving and devoted husband to his wife “Penny” and enjoyed bringing her dreams to the life with his handyman skills.

He was a strong and caring father to his children, Michael (Anny), Cindy (Billy) and Mark (Naomi).
He left behind his only sibling, Margie (Bob). He will be missed by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ella Mae; one nephew, Scott; and one great grandchild, Cooper.

A service in Henry’s honor will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Trahan Family Funeral Home, Pensacola from 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Anyone who wishes may join us at his home after the service to celebrate his life that will be missed by so many friends, loved ones, family and extended family.
