Jack Zipparo
October 1, 1943 – January 17, 2021

Jack Zipparo, 77, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away on January 17, 2021. Jack was born on October 1, 1943 to Michael Angelo and Carmella Zipparo.
Jack graduated from Bellevue High School in the class of 1962. He then joined the Air Force and served for 4 years. He then pursued a career in insurance sales for many years.
Jack enjoyed reading, photography, astronomy, the beach and spending time with his family and friends. He loved telling his lifetime stories and experiences.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Carmella Zipparo; son-in-law, Jerry Marlin Long, Jr.
Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Debbie Zipparo Long and David (Stephanie) Zipparo; grandchildren, Hayden Trent Long, Maggie Faye Zipparo and Parker Andrew Zipparo; brother, Joseph Zipparo; sister, Clementina Jackson; four nephews and one niece.
Pallbearers will be Hayden Long, Parker Zipparo, Michael Solliday, Garrett Stephens, Werdner Stroud, Eric Dean Jackson and Will Perreyclear. Honorary pallbearers are Bobby Jackson and Larissa Jackson.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Trahan Family Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a 12:30 procession to Barrancas National Cemetery for graveside service at 1.
