Obituary for James Christian Haley

James Christian Haley
February 27, 1996 – May 9, 2021

James Christian Haley, 25, passed away tragically in a motorcycle accident on Sunday, May 9, 2021 in Pensacola, FL. He was born on February 27, 1996 and is the son of James and Laura Haley.

Christian attended Washington High School where he graduated with honors. At Washington, he played on the football team and played in the Pensacola All-Star Football Game. He was a friend to all who met him. Christian was full of ‘charisma’ as his wife would frequently say. He spoke winsomely and was very relatable.

Christian was loving and cherished by many. All who knew him, and his family especially, will miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his sweet, precious cousin, Hunter Fromm and grandfather, James N. Haley.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth Haley; mother, Laura Haley; father, James "Jimmy" Guy Haley II; sister, Katie-Rose Haley; brother, Randall Haley; grandmothers, Athalia "Teddy" Scott and Wanda Haley; and grandfather, John Scott; also, three loving aunts, two proud uncles, many adoring cousins, great cousins; and many, many friends.

The family will receive friends at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Pensacola, Florida, (1720 W. Garden St. Pensacola, FL 32502), Saturday, May 15, 2021. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. Trisagion Service at 11:00 a.m., and his funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m.
Christian will be laid to rest at Pine Crest Cemetery in Mobile, Alabama.
