Obituary for Jeffrey Alan Brown
Jeffrey Alan Brown, 59, of Pensacola, Florida passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 10, 2022. Jeff was born in Pensacola, Florida to Charles and Mary Lou Brown on December 7, 1962. He graduated from Pensacola High School and the University of West Florida with a degree in Business Management. He held different management positions over the years with the most recent being Enterprise Car Rental.
Jeff was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother who enjoyed spending time with his family, vacationing at Disney World and going out to eat with their good friends, Cindy and Michael. He loved sharing his knowledge of history and politics. Jeff was a Christian, with a vast knowledge of the Bible. While living in Daphne, Alabama, he taught Sunday School at Daphne United Methodist Church. Jeff exceled in sports while growing up, playing baseball, football and tennis.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Charles Melvin Brown.
He is survived by his wife, Crystal Sweetman Brown of 37 years; his daughter, Amy Lynn and her husband, Gary; his two grandchildren, Eleanor and Matthias with a third on the way; his mother, Mary Lou Brown and mother-in-law, Cindy Sweetman; his sister, Beverly Harwood (Dale); multiple nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation for Jeff will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with the service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Trahan Family Funeral Home, 60 Industrial Blvd, Pensacola FL 32503.
