John Arthur Sanders, Jr., known as Johnny Reb and Papa John, 85, of Pensacola, Fl passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. He was born on February 18, 1937, to his parents, John Arthur Sanders, Sr., and Helen Cobb Sanders, in Clay County, Georgia.
John was an owner of Precision Lubricants and spent over 60 years in his field.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Arthur Sanders, Sr.; mother, Helen Cobb Sanders; his daughter, Terrylynn Sanders McPhail; and an infant granddaughter.
John is survived by his long-time companion of 12 years, Joann Finn; his children, John A. (Linda) Sanders, III and Marvin (Gwen) Sanders; four grandchildren, Marvin Sanders, Jr., Tara Sanders, Katie French, and Audrey Parker; three great grandchildren; and friends.
