Obituary for Margaret Elizabeth Reece Gentry
Margaret Elizabeth Reece Gentry, 92, a great woman, mother, and grandmother, passed away quietly on May 29, 2022. She was born on March 6, 1930 in Brown Branch, Missouri the daughter of A.R.
D. Reece and Vera Dean Reece.
She will be sorely missed by her son, Alan Gentry, that was the rock of her life. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Alan Joy Gentry Wong, Emma Grace Gentry, Kenneth Thornton and Ryan Thornton.
She is preceded in death by her loving sisters, Louise Duval, Mildred Ellison, Elaine Ellison, and her brother, Albert Reece, and all whom loved her dearly. We will never forget her tenacity, whit, charm and grace.
Visitation will be held at Trahan Family Funeral Home, 60 Industrial Blvd, Pensacola, Florida on Thursday June 9, 2022 from 11 am to 12 noon, the service will follow in the chapel at noon. A graveside service will be at Pensacola Memorial Gardens at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Covenant Hospice Pensacola, Florida.
