Michael S. Maluto aka Kano, age 44, of Pensacola, FL passed away on May 19, 2021. He was born on December 23, 1976 in Cavite, Philippines to Alita Kragor (mother) and Rosemarie and James Hardy SR (adopted parents).
Michael was born and lived in the Philippines until the age of 14. Then came to U. S. thereafter to reunite with his family in 1991. He went to Ladislau Elementary School in the Philippines and El Camino High School in Oceanside, CA.
Michael was baptized and raised as Catholic. He spent most of his early adulthood in Oceanside, CA with his family and many friends whom he shared many memories with.
Michael was an avid sports fan; his favorite teams are the Lakers and Chargers.
Michael worked at Dana Corp for two years in Pensacola, FL, Wayne Dalton for 5 years in Pensacola, FL and finally at KEDPLASMA from 2009-2021. He was a hardworking man. He never liked to be late for work.
Michael is survived by his wife, Catherine, who he met in 2003 and married 4 years later on July 21, 2007; daughter, Micah, who he loved dearly and would do anything in this world; mother, Alita Kragor; adopted parents, Rosemarie and James Sr; brothers, Luwisito Maluto, Darrel Hardy and James Hardy Jr; sister, Jessica Davis and a host of relatives and friends.
