Obituary for Patricia Gale Fowler

Patricia “Pat” Fowler of Pace, FL passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on December 25, 2022 at the age of 73. She was born in Bonifay, FL on February 3, 1949.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Jeral B. Smith and Katie W. Smith; Brothers, Jerry Stanton Smith and Stanley D. Smith; and Son-in-Law, Danny Chesser.

She is survived by her Husband, Marvin Fowler, Sr. of Pace, FL; Daughter, Kelly Chesser of Pace, FL; Son, William “Bill” Hoover of Hilliard, FL; Son, Marvin (Deniece) Fowler, Jr. of Pace, FL; Daughter, Naomi (Robert) Gentry of Pensacola, FL; Son-in-Law, Glenn (Shellie) Vaughn of Seminole, AL; Grandchildren, Joel (Shea) Hoover of Callahan, FL, Joe (Bailey) Hoover of Yulee, FL, Jacob Hoover and Paul Hoover of Hilliard, FL, Justin (Spring) Zepp and Tanner Zepp of Pace, FL, Bella Gentry of Ft Drum, NY, Rachel Vaughn, Lowell (Shawn) Vaughn, and Leanna Vaughn of Seminole, AL, Hannah (Caleb) Pope of Molino, FL; and 9 Great Grandchildren; Sisters-in-Law, Janice Smith of Clarksville, TN, Erma Chaffin, Evelyn Byrd, Ethel Irene (Donald) Enfinger, and Daisy Austin of Pace, FL; Nephews, Jeral Smith and Michael (Michelle) Smith of Clarksville, TN; Nieces, Carrie Johnson and Johnna (Nate) Hutcherson of Clarksville, TN; Special Sister-in-Law, Betty Sowell of Ringgold, GA; Special Brother-in-Law, Truman Busbee of Pensacola, FL; and “Little Sister”, Ashley Morris Davis.

Celebration of Life Services will be at Victory Assembly of God Church, 1895 Victory Road (Hwy 29), Molino, FL at 6 p.m. CST with visitation starting at 4 p.m. CST. on Friday, December 30, 2022. She will be buried Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Serenity Gardens, 6208 Stewart Street (Hwy 87), Milton, FL. The Service will be Live Streamed on Facebook at Victory Assembly of God Church, Cantonment, FL’s page.

She retired from Blossman Gas Company with 20 years of service. She was an active church member and went on many mission trips to Namibia, Africa and Belize, Central America. She volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

The family thanks all those at Emerald Coast Hospice who gave Pat such special care at the end of her life. Also, the family thanks all those who gave prayers and support during Pat’s illness.
