Obituary for Theresa Sue "Terri" Adams

Theresa (Terri) Adams

Terri was born, on October 1, 1955, and raised in Chillicothe Ohio. She has also resided in Southern California, Southeastern Alabama as well as Tampa and Pensacola, Florida.

Family was her most important priority her only child Jackie and her grandkids meant the world to her, and she loved to keep a neat and clean home and she loved old western movies and especially loved Jesus.

She had been fighting COPD for many years and fought hard to be with her family as long as she could before God brought her home on August 8, 2022. May we all rest in knowing she loved us all very much and is now in heaven with her loved ones who went before her, she will live in our hearts forever. Rest in peace.

She is predeceased in death by her father, Roger Adams; mother, Gloria Maxine Howard; uncle, Wayne Grubb; aunt, Dorothy Riggs; aunt, Ruby Hinton; and aunt, Janice Blankenship.

She is survived by her only child Jackie Vitali and Stephen Kirkpatrick; three grandchildren, Samantha Vitali and Marissa Montefusco in Pensacola, Florida; Cassandra Vitali in New Haven, Connecticut. James Kutschbach III and Audra Zickafoose in Chillicothe, Ohio. Her great grandchildren, Genevieve Pilletere in Connecticut; Cam Montefusco in Pensacola; and Kylie, Bella, and Adrian in Savannah, Ohio. Her four siblings; Vickie and Ron Ratcliff in Chillicothe, Ohio. Her nephews Rob and Ron; Roger and Linda Adams in Chillicothe, Ohio; nephew Roger; Marcus and Susan Adams in Pensacola, Florida; niece, Arissa; Wanda Franklin in Robertsdale, Alabama; niece and nephew Jessica and Justin. Her half-brother Jason (Beda) Adams in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; and step mom, Dottie Adams. Her aunt Joyce Warner, aunt Linda (Fred) Riggs. Aunt Norma Jean and Ralph Fosnaugh. Many beloved cousins and close friends and her very best friend, her fur baby Scrappy.

Family and friends will have a gathering on Johnson’s Beach in Perdido Key Florida on her birthday October 1, 2022, at 6:00pm as well as a graveside service in late October in Chillicothe Ohio, details to be announced at a later date.
