Obituary for William T Dunn
GySgt William T. Dunn, Jr, 74, of Manchester, Iowa passed away on December 30, 2020. He was born to William T. Dunn, Sr and Evelyn Dora (Tracy) Dunn on December 24, 1946 in Manchester, Iowa. He would spend the last 7 years living here in Pensacola, FL.
William was a boy scout in Pack 35 and was also a 4H member and blue-ribbon winner. As an adult he would serve in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years and 3 months then on to work 20 years as a VA contract officer and finally 10 years at Kroger.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Evelyn Dunn, Sr, both of whom were from Iowa.
Those left to cherish his memory are his husband, Frank Way of Pensacola FL; two sons Shawn Dunn of Pensacola and Scott Dunn of Murfreesboro TN; two brothers Dr. Garry Dunn of Manchester, IA and Larry Dunn of Garland TX; and his sister, Ruth Voshell of Manchester, IA.
