Joyce Morris Raney of Chumuckla, Florida, born August 11, 1937, the youngest child of Obb and Vera Morris, went home to be with our Lord on March 1, 2018.
She was preceded in death by: her father, mother, two brothers, and two sisters and leaves behind two daughters, Brenda and Mae Lynn, four grandchildren, Jeffrey, Alixandra, Ronnie, and Erica as well as seven great grandchildren.
With a servant’s heart, she dedicated her life to helping others. She retired from the Department of Children and Families and went on to serve her community by working for the Council on Aging in the Pace, then Chumuckla communities.
There will be a graveside service held at 4:00 PM on Friday, March 23, 2018, at Concord Primitive Baptist Church.
Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton is in charge of arrangements.
