Condolence From: Mia Robinson
Condolence: I also suffer with severe OCD, and it has resulted in anorexia. I met a girl at River Oaks hospital with the most severe case of anorexia I have ever seen. Her name was Chelsea Bowman. This happened two years ago, and still I am searching for her, but I think I found her. She had the most beautiful eyes, that stick in my mind all the time. If this is not her I am still very sorry for your loss, but if it is you Cheslea, RIP I love you and you're always going to be in my mind and heart.

Condolence From: Lisa
Condolence: I want to express my heartfelt sympathy to the family of Chelsea Bowman. I also want to share some comfort and hope from God's word, the Bible.

Revelation 21:4 promises us that one day God will completely eliminate death, mourning, and pain. Imagine that! No suffering of any kind anymore! Isaiah 33:24 promises, "no resident will say: "I am sick." Psalm 37:10,11 assures us that wickedness will be removed from the earth. Imagine the peace that will exist then! And then there's the wonderful promise that during this time, all "those who are sleeping in death" will be brought back to life. (1 Thessalonians 4:13; Isaiah 26:19; Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) What a wonderful hope that is- to welcome back our loved ones to perfect health and conditions forever!

Until that time comes, our loving heavenly Father assures us at Psalm 34:18 that he "is close to the brokenhearted" and "He saves those who are crushed in spirit." So he understands your pain and grief and is eager to help you by giving you the strength you need to cope during this most difficult time. (Philippians 4:13)

I want to encourage you to look up these scriptures and I pray that they will give you some comfort & hope. If you'd like to discuss more, feel free to contact me.

My sincere sympathy,
Lisa
