Erma Nell  Tyler
Mrs. Erma Nell Tyler was born Erma “Nell” Hamilton, to the late Evins “Luke” Hamilton, Sr. and Flora May Hutchison Hamilton, on January 10, 1934 in Andalusia, AL.
After spending some of her childhood in Andalusia, AL she moved to Akron, OH where she met and married her first husband, Gene A. Loftin. Later on, after Erma and Gene went their separate ways, she remarried James Tyler. Erma was a dedicated, happy member during her service to Jehovah God. She had been baptized as a Jehovah’s witness in 1968. She served fifty years, faithfully until her death.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Dorothy Swoope, Arnie V. Hamilton, and Evins Hamilton, Jr. She is also, preceded in death by her first husband, Gene A. Loftin; second husband, James Tyler; granddaughter, Shayla Hamilton; step son, Larry Morris; and her step daughter, Pamela Morris.
She leaves to mourn her sister, Valeria Boubai; children, Gerald Hamilton and Rita Loftin; grandchildren, Dion Parker, Sonja Martin, Gerald “Bernard” Richardson, and Velvet (Caron) King. She is also mourned by her stepchildren, Anthony “Wayne” Morris and Kenneth Morris; twelve great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
