Jacqueline Denise Holbrooks, 62, of Pensacola, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.
Born in Andalusia, AL, to parents C J Daughtry and Rachel Daughtry. Jacqueline lived most of her life in Pensacola, FL. She graduated Woodham High School, completed a nursing program in Georgestone Vocational-Technical Center, and graduated the LPN program at Pensacola Junior College.
Jacqueline lived a life committed to serving others primarily through nursing. She was a licensed practical nurse for about 37 years before retiring due to disability. She continued to help her parents, when she was able, until she passed.
Jacqueline was a Pentecostal and was a member of the First Pentecostal Church.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her sister, Anita Carol Meredith.
Jacqueline is survived by her husband Ricky Holbrooks; her parents C J Daughtry and Rachel Daughtry; brother Cedric Daughtry; her son Daniel Malone (Amanda); stepdaughter Brandy Duvall; daughter Sheena Lawson (Neal); and her grandchildren Tyler Duvall, Ella Malone, Victor Lawson, Abigail Malone, Marcie Lawson, and Evan Lawson.
Viewing will be held at 4:00PM until the funeral service at 5:00PM on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Trahan Funeral Home. Burial will be at 10:00AM on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
