Lovenna B. Pennington (Neal) was born on June 27, 1935 to Boyd and Marie Penington in Parsons, West Virginia. Lovenna passed away in her home surrounded by family when she went to be with the Lord and her loved ones on November 5, 2018
She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Marie Penington; her daughter Debbie Arnold also brothers, sister, grandson and great grandchildren.
Lovenna has behind her children, Regina (Bobby) Iman, Dale (Debbie) Mety, Gale (Clyde) Bernard, Marla (Robert) Johnson, Misty (Harry) Phillips, Sean Neal; 20 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren to carry on her memories.
