Kaitlyn Rain Holder was born on May 12, 1999 in Pensacola, FL. She was the youngest child of Heath and Barbara Holder and was only 18 years old when she succumbed to her injuries following a car accident.
She was a 2017 graduate of Milton High School. She planned to enter Pensacola State College this fall to pursue her dream job of being a Makeup Artist. She was currently working as a shift leader at Guthrie’s in Pace as well as Shawarma of Pensacola. Anyone who knew Kaitlyn, loved her. She had a quick wit, a beautiful smile and infectious laugh. Our world will be forever changed without her here with us as she brought so much joy to our lives.
She was predeceased by her mother, Wendy Lynn Connolly Holder, grandmother, Bobbie Taylor as well as her most favorite PawPaw in this world, Wayne Pope.
Leaving behind to cherish her memory are: her parents, Heath and Barbara Holder of Milton, FL; her sister & husband, Ashlee & Anthony Smith along with Kaitlyn’s first niece, Amara of Fort Rucker, AL; her brothers: Christopher Holder of Jacksonville, FL, Ben Roberson & his fiancé, Vinnie Scavone of Liberty, SC, and Michael Roberson of Easley, SC; her precious Memaw, Catherine Holder Pope of Stockton, AL; aunts & uncles: Cliff & Holly Troxell of Niceville, FL, Hal & Jamie Holder of Jacksonville, FL, Eric & Paula Coley of Seminole, AL, Trisha Wells of Seminole, AL, Douglas & Donna Martin of Easley, SC, and Joe Hamill of Easley, SC.

Services will be held at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton starting on Saturday, March 3. Visitation will begin at 3:00 and continue until the Memorial Service begins at 4pm.
